Marcy And the manager were so helpful and accommodating as we waited for the tow truck to arrive. If Only every person in the food service world would have that type of positive attitude. It was an absolutely feel good moment to have randomly come here and met Marcy and the manager. ”

“ Ive dropped by 3 times in the past 2 months in the evening within an hour or less of close and the service was fantastic. The time I spent waiting after placing my order, to receiving my order has been exceptional, as fast as 5 minutes, to the longest wait of 7 minutes! That knocks the socks off other fast food locations in this area. The first time I visited the fry box was a little... lacking, but the two times since then, the fries have been full. Staff is polite, if not friendly. I got a compliment on my coat, which was unexpected. Whenever Im in a rush while running errands and havent got the time to cook at home, this is where Ill be going! The chili cheese foot long Cony dog is fantastic! Fries could be a little less salty but I rarely eat fast food so it may be just the right amount for people who eat nothing but fast food. ”

“ Havent had a single issue in the two times Ive visited. Friendly staff, timely service, and happy with the quality of food. Dont let the bad reviews deter you, and dont sit waiting for something for 25 minutes without saying anything accidents happen all the time. What if your ticket fell to the floor? What if they got so busy that tickets went out of order and yours somehow got pushed back? What if they were short staffed? I find theres usually a reasonable explanation, and if not, I speak up. While its on a business to provide the bare minimum of good quality food quickly and with a pleasant attitude, its also a customers responsibility to speak up if the service is not meeting expectations within reasonable parameters. Have them make it right before you leave most businesses, if youre kind about it, usually are happy to oblige! Will keep coming back happy to have a Sonic closer than Snellville ”

“ I went to this place for the milkshakes, are good but no the best, the price are good too but the food is aceptable, in comparison with others milkshake prices, they are so fast to attend and serve you its a good point and also the customer service is efficient, definitely i could go again to this place when I need to eat some quickly and enjoy a good milkshake ”

“ I usually dont have a great experience with this Sonic but last night was excellent. My Sonic Blast came out very quickly, in less than 5 minutes usually takes over 10. Also, might I add it was delicious. And the carhop, Dereck, was super friendly and showed great customer service! ”

“ Update Ive ordered mobile carryout twice, using their parking spots for carryout. Both times, it was fast, the food was great, and the service was friendly! We came at 3 PM on a Sunday to try and avoid some crowds and potentially some of the issues that others mentioned in their reviews. It kind of helped. Service was still a bit slow but didnt take forever. Some of the order machines that you order with at the drive in spots were malfunctioning. Some of the food was actually really good! I loved the burgers, and the tots were great and crispy. Hot dogs, slushes, and ice cream were nothing special. ”
